Roasted Red Cabbage

1 Red Cabbage

Olive Oil

herbs / spices

Take 1 Red Cabbage and chop it up and spread out on a cookie sheet.  Drizzle Olive oil over it, then sprinkle your favorite herbs or spices on it.  We did Rosemary, garlic, and a asian mix including sesame seeds, curry, ground cloves, and ginger. 

Next turn on your oven to Broil setting and put cookie sheet in oven.  Remove from oven once a few pieces start to blacken.  This makes a wonderful add on over rice dishes or with steak.
